June 2026 Bench Market Update

These numbers continue to show that well-prepared and properly priced homes can move quickly, while buyers are still actively searching for opportunities throughout the Bench.

With homes still moving relatively quickly, the numbers showed continued opportunity for both buyers and sellers throughout the neighborhood.
March & April 2026 Bench Market Update
Spring brought increased activity to the Boise Bench. March saw 26 homes sold with a median sale price of $457,500 and a median of 9 days on market. By April, activity had picked up with 41 homes sold, 35 pending, a $440,000 median sale price, and just 4 median days on market. The shift showed just how quickly the local market can change as more buyers and sellers enter the market during the spring season.
